1. Service Agreement

By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Cleaner Connect provides professional cleaning services at the address specified during booking. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require a minimum of 3 days advance notice
  • Payment is due at the time of booking via our secure payment system
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Sydney CBD area
  • Additional charges may apply for services beyond the scope initially agreed upon

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled service
  • Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the full payment
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Access to Property

  • Client must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property
  • Keys or access codes must be provided if client will not be present
  • Client is responsible for securing pets during the cleaning service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if access is unsafe or unavailable

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide working utilities (water, electricity, heating/cooling as needed)
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and appliances are in working order
  • Remove fragile or valuable items before service begins
  • Provide specific instructions for any special requirements
  • For laundry services, provide detergents and softeners unless otherwise arranged

6. Service Limitations

  • We do not clean areas with biohazards, mold, or pest infestations
  • Heavy-duty or industrial cleaning may require separate quotation
  • We are not responsible for damage to worn, deteriorated, or previously damaged items
  • Services do not include moving heavy furniture or climbing above 2.5m height
  • Specialist equipment or treatments are excluded unless specifically agreed

7. Liability & Insurance

  • Cleaner Connect carries public liability insurance
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to client negligence

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge or provide a full refund.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles
  • Your information is used solely for service delivery and communication
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent
  • Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider

10. Changes to Terms

Cleaner Connect reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all bookings made after the update date.
